Welcome to Melinsey Mill

Tucked away in one of Cornwalls hidden valleys, you will discover Melinsey Mill. This local family business is run from a restored 16th Century water mill. Melinsey is a one off, a wonderfully Cornish mixture of eccentricity and charm.

When you walk around the pond you pass by Rick Hancocks willow works, from a life size fisherman to a hanging spider. travel through a jug, cup and teapot living willow archway, stumble across a mermaid and keep your eyes peeled for the face in the tree.

Tables and chairs are situated around the pond for outside eating. If the weather should be unkind, there is room in the mill to sit with a small wood burning stove or a couple of rustic shelters outside to seek refuge from the weather.
